Benjamin John Jagelis

History
Formerly in the Militia (Governor-General's Foot Guard) in Ontario and then a paratrooper in the Royal Canadian Regiment. Transferred to the Canadian Airborne Regiment, and is an experienced commando officer, with a very by-the-book attitude. Somewhat off-putting to his subordinates but liked by his superiors.

Wounded in Europe in 1998, was returned home and transferred west to deal with the Soviet invasion due to his expertise. Fought a guerrilla war against the Soviets in the Yukon. Joined the DRI in late 2000, performed some recce missions before being assigned to command FT URIEL in April 2001. Chafing under the restrictions of a quasi-police action, he requested re-assignment to a more active role. In command of a small team of hand-picked commandos conducting independent recce and retrieval, he's a much happier camper!

Personal Details
Born in North Bay, Ontario. Moved to the Ottawa area, joined the Militia/Reserves (GGFG), then the CF (RCAR), and finally the CAR (1 Commando).

Not really known for creativity, he relies more on training and experience than lateral thinking. Somewhat standoffish personality and not exactly a keen wit. Keeps his troops and NCOs on a short leash. He doesn't talk about his family, although it seems he personally knows they are dead (having been back east) so that means he knows more than most soldiers about his loved ones.

Appearance
Standard CF combats (OD). Camouflage parachute smock, red airbourne beret. Kevlar Helmet, Vest. Armed with a C9 SAW or MP5SD6. Para-Ordinance .45 ACP.
