Robert Duncan Fox

History
Robert Duncan Fox is a sergeant in the Canadian Airborne Regiment (his home regiment being the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry). A career soldier, now at 36, he has served in both the Patricia’s and the Canadian Airborne Regiment. Fox was wounded in Norway in 1997 and returned to Canada via England to recover. Back on active duty he was returned to his home regiment (PPCLI) in Alberta, shortly before the Soviet invasion of Alaska began. Prior to his detachment to URAEL, Fox served as section commander to both infantry sections and as patrol commander in the battalion reconnaissance platoon.

Appearance
Fox is a large and well built individual. Looking close one might find a hint of exhaustion and sadness in his eyes. He has grown weary of the war and of soldiering. However, his loyalty to his fellow soldiers keeps him motivated. He wears a maroon airborne beret, camouflage jump smock, OD green CF combats, Kevlar helmet clipped to his M1981 pattern webbing. His armaments include a Diemaco C7A1 and Browning Hi-Power. He's also armed with 2x M72A1 LAW rockets.

Personal
Born is Lethbridge, Alberta to a small protestant family, Fox left high school a year early to join the Army.

Shortly after returning to Canada as a casualty, Fox learned his younger brother was listed as missing and presumed killed in action. His brother was stationed at CFS Masset on Queen Charlotte Island when the Soviets seized it early in their Pacific Campaign.

Fox had sent his wife to live with her parents in St. Albert, Alberta after war broke out and he was deployed. He has not heard from her since the first nuclear strikes on Canada.
