Guild master Cobbius is the leader of the Honorable Stevedores and Teamster Guild. He is well regarded throughout the South Docks as fair and impartial but he is a man of business. He controls the South Docks and the Black Caps and the River Watch know it.

A man in his fifties he is rumored to be one of the finest if not the finest swordsman in the city. Though he has never been seen with a blade there are many tales of him besting a challanger with nothing more than his finely carved cane.
