Standing a little shorter than the average human, he favors red clothes that accent his bright orange eyes, with enough cloth to cover as much of his body as possible.  There are a few digital chiming and whistling ornaments on his body that serve dual purpose as part of his outfit and to keep the cloth in key positions.  There is almost always some kind of music emanating from him to which his movements seem to keep a strange tempo.

It is difficult to imagine someone so wrapped up in cloth to be handsome or pretty, as they are clearly trying to hide something.  The brightly colored cloth at the same time tends to draw attention, then again he is not an imposing figure, so most are inclined to let him go about his business as long as he doesn't cause trouble.

His military uniform is a full face hood and goggles, along with a tactical bodysuit, vest, and a pair of fatigues done up in appropriate colors.  It shows off his form better than his typical entertaining outfit, but reveals even less of his body.  He is covered completely from gloves to combat boots.
