'Leo' is a recently acquired CASAR agent who came trained for personal combat scenarios as he was chosen from among an excessively rowdy nightclub crowd.  He is known for wearing full body suits, though these are not armor... and avoiding blue women, particularly O'maeda, with some fervor -until they start shooting at him at least.

Leoulin however, is a male O'maeda dancer known for flashing lights and flowing silken garments, mostly however...difficulty booking him for an event.  More difficult than most O'maeda entertainers and in his own words, "...not that much better than the other guys."

No matter how you're meeting him, he is a bit short for a human, or only on the high side of average for an O'maeda male.  His limbs are lithe and trim but his physique is painstakingly cared for to give him well defined but not bulky muscle.  His eyes are bright orange and his skin, where visible is an almost shocking shade of blue.

When dancing or fighting, he lets his body flow to a rhythm that others may not always hear, tending to give him a fluid grace and make him seem even more small and frail more often than not... until he hits someone...
