Hector's been the beat cop of the neighborhood around Monica's diner for at least the past few years. He's a nice guy, he's got a lot of charisma and is really good at talking people out of "extreme situations" (which makes him the first one typically called in to deal with Monica's... shenanigans), and fairly cute: well built, high cheek bones, a streak of jet black hair, blue eyes, light tan and an interestingly exotic accent - most figure he's originally South American, no one knows where exactly though as he tends to clam up when asked. Doesn't date much though, tends to keep to himself in his little apartment when off-duty, and has been known to hit the booze a little hard, which leads to pretty much everyone around town that knows him kind of worrying about the guy.
