Devan is tall and built so appears intimidating even though his old curse has left him not as strong as he used to be, but that's not obvious on the outside.  He has made up for it by honing his grievance and rage into sharpening his mind and speed and it shows in his eyes.  He moves like a coiled snake and many avert their gaze when he looks upon them.  When he speaks in a loud voice, heads turn.  He wears bright red robes with the symbol of Neta around his neck and a pair of daggers in his belt for anything that her blessings and boons cannot provide.  He has red hair and brown eyes.
