Appearance:
Jungoren stands eight feet tall, with a strong, muscular build.  His skin is blue and chitinous, though when flushed it becomes a deep violet to a point it seems black.  On his back is a sleek, black wing casing, the interior of which has oily shimmers of greens with extensive tattooing of some countryside.  Jungoren's eyes are solid pools, the color of obsidian.  On the outside of his forearms he has V'jar writing carved into the hard skin.  They are inked in red and carved deep enough so that they remain even when he sheds.  Jungoren doesn't have hair, but on top of his head he has several pointed ridges that lay back like drifted.  Jungoren's feet are more animal like, with three large digits; two face forward, and a third, “thumb” toe rests back along the heal.

Jungoren thought he was wearing a cream colored long-sleeve shirt tucked into a pair of brown slacks, and carrying his blue-gray bandana.  He is wearing a pair of jeans and a red muscle shirt.

Personality:
Jungoren is a quiet hybrid, partially out of habit, and partially from being shy.  He is uncomfortable speaking with other people, and attempts to communicate through gestures and pantomiming.  At most he is typically willing to part with the occasional one word answer if he can, and prefers to flee a scene instead of talking.  When he becomes more comfortable around others, he is more relaxed and likely to bestow one-word answers.  He attempts to live up to the social expectations for someone his size, striving to seem a big, rough brute.  Although he has a more genteel side, Jungoren is easily embarrassed by any situations where his reputation may be compromised, and will seek to practice any such things by himself.

Background:
Jungoren hails from a kingdom south of Valos.  He was taken to a pet shop that accepted hybrids a little younger then average, and that taught that a good worker makes a good pet.  He was trained so that he would have marketable skills to help a potential new owner.  However, he didn't get far in his lessons before a hybrid dealer picked him up.  The dealer had heard that someone in Valos was seeking a beetle hybrid and willing to pay money.  Shortly after arriving in Valos and Critter City, they learned that another dealer approached the merchant.  No longer needing a beetle, the dealer dropped Jungoren off at Lady Zin's shop, where he has been living the last few years.
