Despite having been a professor for many years at the Academy, Thousand Mirrors is one of the least known of all the Professors.  Generally a rather quiet man outside of the classroom, there is very little which truly sets him apart from a mere mortal aside from his vibrant emerald gaze.  Most 'public knowledge' concerning him is little more than rumor, despite the impressive number of philosophical discourse and mathematical works which have his name attached to them.

What is known is that he is originally from the far South, and he dresses in heavier clothing in even the warmest weather.  His speech is also tainted with a faint southern accent, and he has never truly bothered to eradicate the lingering mark of his native tongue.  Thousand Mirrors is early middle-aged in appearance, and surprisingly unassuming in his dress - preferring simple heavy robes.  Nonetheless, no one can claim to have ever seen him wear the same garment twice, either as a subtle display of wealth or simply because he enjoys the variety - no one truly knows.  Likewise, he is almost never found without a book of some manner or other, and has the disconcerting tendency to read while performing most mundane activities, from eating to simply walking between pavilions.
