Description:
Raichel appears to be some kind of woman (or teenage girl. See Powers.) with lightning bolt highlights. Her tail is thin, almost as long as her and ends with a large lightning bolt. There are tones of yellow and orange throughout her body and if you could see spots like her forearm or back without any clothing covering them, you could see still more lightning type shapes.

Personality:
Raichel is an interesting mix of the Thunder and Water attributes with a decent portion of light, order and contradicting darkness. On one hand, Raichel has a lot of energy and perkiness to her personalty. On the other hand, that doesn't show as often as it should anymore due to being weathered. Raichel's hatred of pride and losing control has gotten her to be calm most times and constantly practice the art of not getting bothered. This has allowed Raichel to form some callousness in her heart and her sense of justice tends to be along the lines of letting people suffer when they have created their own problem. But Raichel is no villain. She will help people who ask (Though not everyone). If you don't get on Raichel's "naughty" list, she'll likely help you. If you get on her "hated" list, simply stay off her radar and you're fine. But get on her list of people who are not good for the environment (The universe, the world, or just people in general), well... you're doomed. Raichel fights with a clear head anymore and it's rare anyone can fog it. This means her enemies are caught up in conspiracies they soon find they can't escape. Of course, if she can help it, Raichel will crush such enemies herself simply with force.


Powers:

1.) Lightning Element (Thunder) - Raichel is so attuned to the Thunder attribute that she can no longer be harmed by anything lightning or thunder related. Raichel is also capable of manipulating the forces of lightning and thunder to do most anything one can imagine, including electromagnetism and consequently, flight. Raichel's lightning bolts are capable of shattering rock, but she usually is careful with the damage done and can even cause her lightning to do what a static shock would.

2.) Incredible Physical Stats (Nature) - Raichel is about as amazing as a mythical young martial arts master. Capable of tight-rope walking while juggling and dodging thrown daggers, flipping the side of a car with a lot of effort and running for many many miles without getting tired (Actually, she'd likely get hungry a lot sooner than tired). This is due to Raichel's obsession with martial arts.

3.) Flight (Thunder) - To go into slightly more detail on the fact Raichel can fly, she uses magnetism to do so (Think Magneto from X-Men). This is not normal flight and thus, has a weakness (See weaknesses).

4.) Shape-Shifting (Minor) (Nature) - Raichel can not look like someone else, but she has enough control of her body to look as young or old as she wants. The handy part of this is that if she wants to look like a baby, while she will still look like herself, she will be much smaller and able to fit in small places. But it's rare Raichel does this instead of simply blasting her way in some place.

5.) Eternal Youth (Life) - Raichel only ages when she feels like it (See Shape-Shifting) and can reverse that age to a degree. She is effectively immortal as far as lifespans go.

6.) Reincarnation (Life) - Every time Raichel is destroyed (killed), she can reincarnate into a baby. This process takes a while. She gets "reborn" as an infant after about 3 days. From there, it takes her a couple weeks (Real Time or RP time depending) to grow up back to adulthood.



Skills:

1.) Martial Arts - Raichel was a born fighter, actually, and practiced martial arts quite a bit in her youth. Now, she is so good at it, she rarely has a true challenge when it comes to one-on-one fist fights. She specializes in the rod, but anyone fighting her without the rod would swear she specialized in hand-to-hand.

2.) Tailor - Raichel is a tailor. While she did not start learning this skill until late in her mortal life, she has since become good enough to make whatever look she wanted for clothing. It takes her just as long as any decent tailor to make clothing. She has also learned how to make clothing certain consistencies such as how soft it is, how much heat is retained or not retained, how heavy the clothes are, etc. Her personal clothes are often weighted on purpose (More on that in technology).

Weaknesses:

1.) Mortal Immortal (Death) - Despite all her power and god-like status, she is, in fact, just as vulnerable as the next super-powered individual. She can be killed (Though as seen in her powers, that's more of a set-back... but then when has death been permanent for ANY superhero in comics?). She is still just as vulnerable as the next guy to things like psychic mind control. This isn't a flaw so much as a limitation that is easily looked over due to her incredible use of her powers when the time comes. She CAN use her powers to be godlike... but Raichel is otherwise weaker than many deities.

2.) Grounded (Earth) - While Raichel's lightning is strong enough to rip rocks apart and even melt stone to some degree, it can be grounded, diverted and otherwise made useless. Someone smart enough could figure this out and render Raichel quite a bit less powerful than she otherwise would be.

3.) Magnetic Dependence (Earth) - Due to the manner in which Raichel is able to fly, were someone to use magnetism against her in a large amount, there is definitely a way to bring Raichel down to the ground. And depending on how high up in the sky she is, that could spell seriously bad news for her.


Equipment:

1.) Lightning Rod (Technology) - Raichel's rod is possibley her most prized possession. It is a rod designed to respond to Raichel when she calls it. It will fly about as she wills. It also stores her memories so that, should her avatar get destroyed, she can get her memories back once she reincarnates.

2.) Weighted Clothing (Mundane) - Raichel made her clothes special just for her to keep her physical condition at it's peek. They weigh a total of 300 lbs. However, she does keep a layer of light clothing underneath in case she needs to shed some weight for higher mobility.

3.) Durable Clothing (Mundane) - What Raichel wears under the weighted clothing is lightning conductive, capable of sending any lightning that touches it straight to Raichel. Made of threaded silver, gold and other electrical conductors, the clothing is also non-flammable as a side effect.


History:
While a good portion of Raichel's history is unknown, here is what is known: Long ago, there was a mortal who achieved godhood somehow. Some say the other gods didn't approve at first. Others say the gods' approval was what got Raichel godhood in the first place. There are statues built to commemorate her and temples built to worship her, so her appearance is known fairly well. What else is known commonly is that she would frequently show up personally to involve herself in mortal affairs. A far more hands-on god than any other.

Legend has it Raichel only shows up when there is serious trouble. It is bitter-sweet to see her. On one hand, her appearance is enough to tell someone that there is great danger and a lot of people are about to die. But on the other hand, as long as she shows up at all, there is a great comfort in knowing she will not leave until the problem is no longer such a great threat. But all of that is legend... nobody knows for certain.

Very very few are knowledgeable in her personality and those who are only know that she was surprisingly approachable for a god, allowing the poor and rich, young and old alike to come to her for any reason. Most, however, simply know the legacy she hammered into her believers: Raichel hates injustice and suffering.

In more recent history, however, Raichel has become known by her time as the Queen of Thunder. She ruled the City of Thunder a year ago and had a heavy hand of justice. Around that time, a high-ranking individual in the City of Thunder had high ambitions and plotted to take Raichel's throne. With a surprise attack that included many powerful killers for hire, the man killed Raichel. He didn't realize she was the goddess that legends from various parts of the universe had claimed. Raichel resurrected and found that by the time she was back to full strength, her deposer had gotten the full support of the City of Thunder. Enraged, Raichel made an attack on him and failed. So now, Raichel is gathering forces and looking for ways to pay the would-be king back. Due to the lack of loyalty given by the people of Thunder, Raichel isn't as interested in ruling again. Just get justice and then hopefully appoint a more worthy ruler.
