Mickey is short, balding with wisps of red hair, useally unshaven, and is unattractive. Not so unattractive that he stands out...to the contray most seem to overlook and ignore him by totally normal means.

He is useally dressed casually, jeans, long trenchcoat, loose shirt, and is almost always smoking.
