Nick appears to be in his early 50's and keeps his salt and pepper hair cut short and off his neck.  Outside of the hospital, he tends to wear casual or athletic clothing, and frequently has a Harvard shirt or sweater on.  In the hospital, he typically is wearing scrubs, though, now that he's Chief of Staff, he has adopted more formal attire when not actively caring for patients.
