The ordinary woman's most prominent feature might be those sunglasses she wears most of the time.  Behind them are intelligent sapphire blue eyes.  It's got to be colored contact lenses.  Right?  Anyway, she has a thin face, a short nose and long, straight, glossy black hair.  Her complexion is pale, bordering on old school computer geek pasty.  She's a bit tall and more than a bit thin, but not heroin waif thin.  The woman appears healthy enough.  Maybe she works night shift and eats nothing but salad.  Who knows?

She's normally dressed in black.  Sometimes it's a black business suit, sometimes it's Goth fashion, sometimes it's casual wear, but it's either black or white.
