Not singing in the dead of night, but might talk a bit more than you find useful.  Maybe.
A drinker of eyes, eater of carrion.
A child of Helios.


The.. person, is roughly 4'5" (135cm).  Long black hair.. flowers in it at times.
Often wearing a  black hakama with a white top.
At closer look her(??) feet have very long toes, and also amazingly long fingers.. all of which are much the same size and length, rather than the normal stagger.
