Physical Description: Cadin is a large, broad-shouldered man of Scottish descent. He is square-featured with a short full beard. His fashion sense reflects his line of work. As he is usually dressed in slacks, a trenchcoat, and black dress shirts. He still has something of an accent even after all these years but by this point, it's been softened by his long tenure in the south, unlike his eyes which are a starkly golden amber like a hawk's in flight and every bit as endlessly hungry as the predator itself. Still, at least he usually smells of lavender and sandalwood, which beats the hell out of the alternatives, right?

Distinguishing Features: His eyes are the most immediately distinguishing feature, a remarkably bright, rich amber.  The other aspect that stands out is only seen when he's in a state of undress; it's not the muscle definition, but the scars.  He bears several visible scars, including one across his abdomen nearly three inches long, another just below the curve of his left shoulder, as if whatever had cut him was stopped by the bone, and a third just above his left hip, about an inch and a half tall, and a third as wide.  Numerous other smaller scars can be seen as well, both on his torso, and his arms and legs, but none, barring the potential risk of blood loss, look like they would have been definitively fatal.

Personality: Caiden is a gruff loner who has a strong sense of personal honor. As well as a dark animal-like demeanor. That is known to get him in trouble, as he does not let fear hold him back. As he was known as one of the most fearless, brave, and dangerous men in his military unit. Caiden had established himself as the most willing to permanently deal with his adversaries lethally.

History: Caiden lived a hard life. Starting with losing his dad when he was five and then his mother succumbing to alcohol and turning abusive to his other siblings including his twin brother. His two sisters moved out as soon as they could once they turned 18. He and his twin struggled in school. They were good boys but just had a poor upbringing. His mother told him he would amount to nothing and was a waste of space.

When he was 18 he left for the Army. He wanted to get away and maybe his twin would follow. They both joined the service to get away from his mother. Caiden went Army and his twin went Navy. Caiden actually enjoyed his basic training and excelled on the rifle range scoring Expert. After basic training his Military Occupational Skill was Armorer. He was responsible for upkeeping and fixing the various weapons if they broke or if they needed upgrading.

During his first term, he met another Soldier and got married to her, but it didn't last. As a result the marriage only lasted about three years. The parting was mutual, and his ex still keeeps in touch with his family, especially his twin.

During the second term of his career, he tried for the Special Forces and went through the Assessment program, and after passing that he underwent his training as a Weapons Sergeant. He was automatically promoted to SSG and assigned to a Special Forces unit. He was part of a unit that was used more for Black Ops and was kept under the radar. As a result, he stopped keeping in touch with his family, even his younger twin. They both knew each other was still around, but communications were kept minimal. Some operations were made to appear accidental and others were made to look violent and messy. The killing initially bothered him but eventually stopped wearing on his conscious. After 16 years in the military, he left the service at 34. He almost stayed until retirement but got tired of the politics that were slipping into the military.

After leaving the military he reached out to his sisters and twin. His twin got married and was still in the Navy. Anytime someone would ask about his service he kept his SF Black Ops unit as Classified. He could tell them he was in SF but usually used an official story provided to him by his unit with some "deployments" that he participated in.

One day he was out clubbing at night and got into a particularly nasty bar fight. During this time, time all but stood still. He heard a voice saying, 'BEWARE! THESE MEN ARE NOT WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE.' This caused him to reflexively activate his second sight and see animals in human clothing facing him. During the brawl, one shifted to Crinos and took a slash at him. The first thing that happened was that he was perfectly calm. He didn't react like others might have, who had been affected by the Delirium. This gave the two Werewolves pause. That lasted only for a few seconds, but enough for Caiden to use a pool stick and almost impale it through one of the Garou. Due to his abilities, the two Garou actually fled the scene. After the fight ended, he realized that he was wounded, and when police showed up and then paramedics, he was cleared due to people saying he was caught in between and was only defending himself. Once they realized his military background, that helped more.

That was a couple of months ago. Since then, he traveled from North Carolina to Colorado. He recently arrived and the call led him to a rundown diner, just in time to see someone stumble out the door and take off in a car.
