Initially, Teledin does not come across as a particularly impressive person. His face is the mask of youth that, though tempered with worldly experience, retains all its sense of curiosity and wonder. Dark brown hair falls across his brow, disorganized and messy -- the single chink in his otherwise fastidious appearance. His simple robe is neat and clean; the pockets bulge with neatly folded papers, upon which endless notes and observations have been written.

Still, the face is a friendly one. He smiles easily with a welcoming glance at those passing by, and it's not hard to imagine sitting down and sharing a pint or two with the scholar by a warm fire.
