Description: IDS is a business chaired by Aelin as CEO/Director. It is operated by a board of nine members who are responsible for the day to day operations of the company and it's various divisions. IDS offers a wide range of digital security options for discerning clients of all scales, from the small business startup to a system government who wants to ensure the best possible security for their critical data and files to corporate organizations who want to be assured their proprietary data is as secure as possible. IDS has multiple divisions, such as Digital Security, Digital Forensics, Data Transport Security, Research and Development, Applied Theory, and Deployed Services. IDS is a completely non-discriminitory employer, and works to allow any member who meets the criteria and joins the company (after a rigorous background check) the opportunity to excel in the area that best serves both the member and the company. IDS also offers some physical security options, especially in contested locations or during transport of sensitive datacards or data cores. Even the physical security personnel have some experience with data pads and computers, and the company has a wide selection of automated programs that allow even a basic team member of the company to perform at a higher than average level.

The way to read the rank of a member is by the abbreviation of their division, the abbreviation of their rank, and the number associated with their rank. For example, a Site Lead 2 with Applied Theory division would be read as AT-SL-2. Most divisions have a patch with their abbreviation for easy identification, and rank in the divisions is mostly used for interacting with separate teams or other divisions.

Ranks
Team Member 1-5 (Score 0-4: Team Members are the day to day operators of IDS. They perform generic tasks based on their division such as research, experiments, technical support, deployment of assets, and basic security.
- Duties: Train new members, perform daily tasks of job, participate in missions,

Team Lead 1-5 (Score 5-9): Team Leads are in charge of teams. They are responsible for ensuring the requirements of their teams task are all met on time and at or under cost. They are authorized some overages, but must have reasonable explanations. Each number after the Team Lead indicates a bigger responsibility, but a bigger leeway to accomplish their goals as well.
- Duties: Lead teams to success of mission, recover tech/items/data important to the company, Lead team in defense or offense against competitors/enemies

Site Lead 1-3(Score 10-12): Site Leads are responsible for a site or sites, depending on their location and the contract they are assigned by their Project Leads.
- Duties: Manage multiple teams across one or more sites. Capture, kill, disgrace competitors/enemies based on rules of engagement.
- Benefits (choose 2): +3 to result of Force Points. +3 circumstance bonus on Aid Another for member of Organization. Company Speeder for travel within area of influence. 20% discount in company stores. 200xOrg Score credits for purchases to accomplish tasks for organization.
