Sunna is about 5'8'' tall, but her features are missing the muscular shape of a trained warrior. Instead she's rather slim, but carries herself with some grace. Usually Sunna wears a light blue skirt and ties her black hair back with a blue ribbon. When traveling she prefers more sturdy clothing, switching to dark brown leather pants, adorned with some light grey fur, and a red tunic under her leather armor.

Sunna is the daughter of Baldvin Triplefang, a renowned storyteller of the clan, and his wife Astá. She has a younger sister named Rós, who is currently looking for a suitable husband among the clan's young men. The family lives in Volge.
Astá is a good deal younger than Baldvin, being his second wife, after his first one died of an illness. Now it is Baldvin who's health is beginning to fail him, being bed-stricken every few days gives him a bad temper.
