Growing up in Minnesota, all Lilith ever wanted was to be a famous movie star. She dreamed about it night and day, watching movies for hours to try to glean some secret to success. She thought maybe she'd caught her big break when she was cast on the reality show, Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire. She made it into the last 5 girls and while she didn't leave the show with a millionaire on her arm, she had managed to snag a cameraman. Unfortunately, he was a cameraman with no aspirations for fame. He was an artistic purist, refusing to help her get auditions or parts using his Hollywood connections.

And then disaster struck. A plus sign on the end of a pink stick threatened to ruin her life forever. She went to Logan, hoping he would pay for the abortion she so desperately wanted. But things went from bad to worse. Instead of offering to help her get rid of it, he proposed (and had apparently been planning to do so, since he already had a ring). She was horrified at the turn of events. With no money, she couldn't get an abortion on her own, and if he wasn't going to help her on her path to fame, she wasn't interested in playing Happily-Ever-After with Logan. She refused his engagement and made no secret of her disdain for the child she carried. She refused to even find out the gender, and she scheduled a C-section rather go through with the pain of labor. Since she signed away her parental rights before the child was even born, she never even saw it in the hospital and it left with Logan before she was released.

After that, she moved in with her friend, Perri, and went back to trying to get into movies. But she always felt like Logan had screwed up the big break she was destined to have. Eventually, she began to settle for any job on a movie set, just to be close to the movie stars she longed to be one of. Rent has to be paid somehow, even if it means being on the wrong side of the makeup chair.
