Often seen as the most outspoken and insensitive out of the Barnett clan, Noe is the one that many stand clear of. She is as frank and as mean as they come, often times catching people off guard with just how bold she is. Growing up, she was the troublemaker, pulling her younger brother, Alex, into the fire with her. She has never been a woman of kind words and like many people in her family, she has a quick to light temper and a fast tongue.

Recent events have made her more vulnerable and weak than she'd care to admit, but she hopes to turn it all around by moving to New York, going back to school and seeking the help that she needs.
