A man strides purposely through the darkness. Clad in a tattered black army uniform, he has clearly spent some time exposed to the elements and feasted on by wildlife. The flesh from his face has been torn away, leaving only a leering skull behind. He speaks in a gravelly whisper, reciting a litany of crimes done by whomever he faces and sentencing them to death, over and over again.
