Terrence "Tarrand" Jarald is the younger brother of White Star and has been within his family and at his side since he was eight years old, hailing from the same planet as White Star Moon Star holds the same powers but a slightly lower level due to his age.

When Harrison became the hero White Star, Terrence soon followed him and joined forces with him as his sidekick. They went on a lot of adventures together and he was there at the final hours that sent White Star to another country, but White Star left the reigns to Moon Star and he's taken to his promotion well.

Still trying to be a normal boy Moon Star holds his promise to protect the country and his town as much as he's able too, over the last couple of years Moon Star has become skilled at his job and almost as feared as his brother once was.
