Jakob is what one would expect of a prodigy of both the Mechanicus and the Arbites. Austere, calm and dreadfully intelligent. He wears an assortment of clothing, which would resemble both the robes of a Tech Priest and the uniform of an Arbitrator. The long vestment reaches all the way down to his hips, and covers most of his lean frame. He typically wears a matt black jacket, and a pair of deep scarlet pants underneath it. The cowl of his robes perpetually covers his face, and indeed he never seems to take it off. Odd, since he has the Aquilla tattooed on his forehead and the color of the ink is luminescent, resulting in his eyes appearing as a shade of violet.
