Captain-Commissar Chistopher Faulkner was born on Krieg 781.M41 and promptly inducted into an Imperial Guard tithing when he came of age.  Selected for Commissariat training almost immeaditely after induction, he was posted to the Calixis Sector on Tranch in early 807.M41  What happened there is heavily classified but Faulkner was transferred to the Holy Ordos on an "extended detached duty assignment" shortly after.
