Physical Description: Tall, slightly over six feet, with very broad shoulders and a narrow waist. Physically, he looks like all those comic book super-heroes that you see. Well proportioned with lots of muscle and a strong chin on a face that looks like it could have been carved from rock.

As The Marvel- Tall, muscular, with a dashing grin on his face 99% of the time and a glitter in his blue eyes. Wears a superhero costume and a mask around his eyes, and keeps his hair slicked back.

Clothing preference: As The Marvel, spandex, a cape, and a mask. As his mild-mannered alter ego, he likes overly baggy hoodies that make him look less like a muscular athlete and more like an overweight nerd.
Other: As Peter, he wears glasses and has messy hair. As the Marvel he slicks his hair back.

Background: Peter's father owned a comic book shop when he was growing up, and comic books were his family's life. He lived, ate, slept, and breathed comics the whole time he was growing up, and since he was a sickly kid he escaped in to the stories. When he was still young, both of Peter's parents were killed in a gang shooting they got caught in the crossfire of. With “tragic backstory” fulfilled for his superhero origin story, Peter began to train to become stronger. Through a series of foster homes, he trained in martial arts and athletics, all the time becoming stronger and stronger. But he dove deeper and deeper in to his comic book delusions, and by the time he was an adult he was completely convinced that he had super-powers. Now he moonlights as The Marvel, a cape-wearing hero with a penchant for being over the top, just like the best comic books of the Golden Age of comics.

Personality: As the Marvel, he's, in a word, insane. He is flamboyant, delusional, and doesn't seem to realize that there are limits to his human body (because he thinks he has super-strength). He also is incredibly chivalrous, and can't stand seeing a damsel in distress.
As Peter, he is a shy, withdrawn, quiet guy who acts more like an awkward teenager than anything. Without his mask on, he can't even look a woman in the eyes, much less talk to one.


Powers: The only powers that Peter has are in his mind. He's completely human, and his only “power” is that he's trained his body to the limits of fighting skill and strength.

Abilities:
Martial Arts – Peter is trained in many forms of martial arts. He mainly uses unarmed combat, but can also use some simple weapons proficiently.
Athletics – Climbing, jumping, running, Peter is incredibly athletic from years of training, and time spent pursuing a career of vigilante crime fighting.
