Powers:

Healing Touch: As long as Timothius touches someone, he can heal them at a high rate. As soon as the contact is lost, so is the healing. Timothius has no control over this, so if an injured villain wanted to, he could touch Tim and gain the same benefit. For people who aren't injured, touching Timothius makes them feel renewed like drinking ice water in 100 degree temperatures.

Flight: Timothius can use his wings to fly. He's new at this and so, is incapable of much beyond a running start take-off. Tim requires about 15 feet of runway for taking off. He gets winded after about 10 minutes of flying, though once he gets in better shape, this will improve. For now, though, he uses his flight in short bursts either to have fun or to reach a place that would normally be out of reach.
