Ignacio is a Hispanic older teen on the short and scrawny looking side.  He dresses in late 90s skater gear, if with a southern Florida flair, with a backpack of spray paint and so on.  He rarely goes anywhere without his board, and barely less frequently will be without a small duffel of things to use for his flashier art.  He’s almost always got a cigarette, though those watching him might notice that he doesn’t actually smoke them as much as just let them burn as he holds on to them with his lips.
