Cass looks like a mildly punkish kid in her late teens or possibly early twenties - brown hair, often streaked with assorted colors that tend to fade out and be replaced in a series of home dye jobs, brown eyes, a range of piercings, chipped nail polish in black, or red, or whatever color is the Edgy Hue Du Jour. She tends towards sleeveless tees that look like they came straight out of the thrift store and black JNCOs that have clearly been worn well past their shelf life - the back cuffs are not merely frayed but missing, in a good 1"x4" chunk, where they've been stepped on repeatedly. She usually wears an array of chunky leather and plastic bracelets, a tattoo choker, and often an array of cheap necklaces supporting various causes (which are usually duplicated in the buttons plastered across her military-surplus messenger bag).
