Racial Traits:

Dilettante: At 1st level, you choose an at-will power from a class different from yours. You can use that power as an encounter power.

Renewed Focus (Battlemind)

Dual Heritage: You can take feats that have either elf or human as a prerequisite (as well as those specifically for half-elves), as long as you meet any other requirements.

Group Diplomacy: You grant allies within 10 squares of you a +1 racial bonus to Diplomacy checks.

Class Traits:

Mantle of Elation: You and each ally within 5 squares of you gain a bonus to damage rolls for opportunity attacks. The bonus equals your Constitution modifier.  In addition, each ally within 5 squares of you gains a +2 bonus to Diplomacy checks and Intimidate checks.  You also gain the ardent outrage power.

Ardent Surge: You gain the ardent surge power. Your advanced emotional state is inspirational, motivating your allies and helping them to recover from injuries.

Power Points: You start with 2 power points.  You regain all your power points when you take a short or an extended rest.

Character description/personality: Lathilia is the younger sister of a Battlemind named Dalte and are rarely apart.  She has a soft heart for anyone that isn't some aberrant monster and has often had to turn away when her brother interrogates people.  Many find her very easy to talk to, especially since she always seems to have a smile on her face.  She is not above fighting, she just believes that people should have a second chance to mend their ways.  Her brother doesn't agree with this philosophy.


Combat tactics: Lathi is a gentle soul, refusing to kill an easily recognized race.  She is not the type to use her healing powers on them, but she will often stabilize the dying if she can get to them in time, though with her brother involved, there rarely are.  Unless the creature is obviously beyond any hope of redemption, she will try to subdue or knock out her foes.
