When It wants to be seen, its someone in a trenchcoat, with a wide brimmed hat pulled down low over its face. The coat seems to flow and move, as if there is something alive under it. Often It hides its hands in its pockets. Its face is bandaged, and often wears goggles.

Most people don't see It, because its amorphous form flows like water, and is able to hide quite well in most environments. Most people don't believe what they are seeing when they do see It, and then it's already vanished. Makes you think you must have imagined it. After all, it seems to be a patch of brownish liquid-expect its not dirty water. Its flowing flesh, with teeth, eyes, mouths, noses, ears, and spiny bits forming and re-forming in matter of seconds.
