Istarma is a quiet and introspective type.  Confident.  Approachable, but maybe a little intimidating.  Her motivations are "to know all that there is to know about magic", to bring structure to what she feels is a wanting world, and to improve her own lot in life.

Istarma looks a reserved type, like a teacher you can not quite read.  She is short, with lightly tanned skin and dark hair worn up at most times.  Her eyes are green.  She wears striking robes of blue with white accents, and a steely gray cloak held with a pin in the shape of a pair of keys.  A bandolier of darts can be seen beneath her cloak.
