Tim Jacobs was just an average man living an average life.  Age 24; working as a bank teller; going to college part-time.

That is, he was just an average man living an average life until the day Ogre and a bunch of Viper goons showed up to rob his bank.  When Ogre was about to squish one of his coworkers for fun, Tim picked up a chair and smashed him on the back of his bald green head.  Naturally, Ogre squished him instead.

The strange thing was--Tim didn't die.  Sure Ogre put him through the wall of the bank and a couple of other buildings to boot.  And all the bones in his body were broken to splinters.  But he didn't die.  He should have by all rights, but he didn't.

For six months he lay in a coma while his body healed and reformed itself.  The doctors and scientists still aren't sure what went on.  Their best guess was that the massive force from Ogre's backhand set up a latent mutative survival reaction in Tim.

Whatever it was, he made a full recovery and was better--far better than he was before.  In the weeks that followed his recovery, Tim found out that he was astonishingly strong and resilient.  After a late night rock wall accident he found out he could fly as well.

Naturally--it was time for payback.

Using all of his savings Tim payed off every creep and hood in town until he tracked down the local Viper nest and then proceeded to tear it apart.

Viper did not appreciate this and soon Tim found he was far in over his head.  It was only the timely intervention of UNTIL that saved Tim from having his frontal cortex burned out with a laser.

Seeing his potential UNTIL mentored Tim in the use of his powers.  In return Tim is now a special UNTIL consultant.  He's still getting used to this life.  Most of it doesn't make sense.  But you know what they say.  With great power...

Physical Description
Tim Jacobs is a 24 year old white male with light brown hair and pale blue eyes.  He stands at 6 feet 1 inches and weighs 240 rock solid pounds.  Typically he wears jeans and t-shirts with his favourite rock bands on them.  When he was working for the bank he wore a suit.  His costume is a red and blue full body suit with a mask that fully covers his face.  UNTIL was nice enough to give him a variety of back up suits.  He's planning to try a few of them out on his next adventure.
