Appearance: Tall with Dark Hair, Hawkeyes' uniform always seems a bit disheveled with a stray strand or two of hair falling out of her bun or ponytail.  Her uniform blouse is almost always unbuttoned displaying a light tan or white undershirt, if on medical duty the blouse will be swapped for a lab coat.  She wears jungle boots as they provide the best traction in wet environments, with unbloused dark blue pants. Despite her clothing choices not being the most flattering to her figure she still somehow manages to be attractive.  When off duty she will swap her uniform blouse for a hawaiian shirt, or just go about in her undershirt. In surgery the disheveled look falls away and she is very precise about adherence to surgical standards.




Personality:
 - Despite being a member of the navy Hawkeyes is very much a pacifist. If armed conflict was to be considered it would be placed on her list of options somewhere above dying and just below giving up with dying being not an option. In situations where armed conflict is inescapable she prefers to use nonlethal methods to subdue, or incapacitate her targets.
 - She is moral to a fault, though not necessary lawful willing to flaunt the rules and fairness to ensure the moral outcome is achieved, as well as to correct immoral views of those around her.
 - Off duty she is a heavy drinker preferring hard liquor with a ridiculous tolerance for booze, though she is by no means an alcoholic and can easily set aside booze when needed. Though often turns to alcohol to relax after a hard days work.
 - She is a stickler for precision and excellence in medicine and looks down on medical professionals who refuse to keep up to date on the most recent journals and breakthroughs.
 - Finally she is a quite the practical joker often times targeting people she thinks take to extreme views on the universe or favor unnecessary violence.

History:
Born and raised in Austin Texas, Hawkeyes was raised by her father after her mother left her father. She is very close to her father who is a family practitioner of medicine in the Austin area. She graduated college with a degree in pathology at the top of her class earning her a fellowship to Harvard Medical School where she specialized in general, trauma, and thoracic surgery, as well as earning a masters in Pathology.  Once completing her medical degrees Hawkeyes did her residency overseas in one of the more conflict prone areas of world giving her plenty of experience and taking care of people with limited or less than optimal supplies, and at meatball surgery. In addition during her time overseas she began to practice martial arts focusing on submissions and incapacitation rather than lethality. Once her residency was complete she tested positive for the space travel gene.  Determined to make the world and galaxy a better place she applied for a commission, and was accepted.

Additional History and Hatred for Lady V:
 the incident  we cans  call the  Mybraian conflict. As small nation was born  ( and soon after  died) has a Haven for Pro Angels  near the  Iran and  Iraq boarder. The  EDT backed units had over run most if the  tows, Until the ESN added a Sloop of war to Pound the   enemies  BAck to their boarders....Your people and some of the worst wounded were airlifted out to Greece, that was a solid  ESN/Pro Angel state.

  Lady Vickie was heralded  for her work after the two warring, anti-angel countries settled their differences  as she presided over the 'peace talks' in the middle of the war torn Mybran...this causes a Huge  flow of  the arab world's whack jobs to   join the EVOLs..with special cases being recommended to the EDT
