Billie is a short woman, reaching 5'2 with a compact, athletic form. Those feminine curves are in all the right places though. If she has her choice, she tends to wear a ribbed tank top with a pair of loose-fitting jeans that usually have several holes in it or some type of workout shorts. Otherwise, she wears whatever uniform that she is supposed to wear. Her chocolate brown hair is usually worn up in a messy bun with light green eyes peering out at the world, though they have been tinted to a purple color thanks to the special contacts that she wears. Her goggles though usually always remain on her person as a backup, whether that is around her neck or in her pocket.


Personality: Billie is best described as absolutely awkward though she tries to be friendly. She is unsure with people in general due to a sheltered growing up and the bullying she received when she joined the Academy. Billie takes it all in stride and tends to ignore most, preferring her own company or the stars though she is slowly starting to branch out thanks to Arnie's gentle prodding.
