DESCRIPTION
Appearance: Just over 6 feet tall, Tir is a rather lithe man. His face has a tendency to be angular and narrow, belaying his Fae nature. He usually has some sort of light facial hair, but for those that know him, has been known to change those things to on-lookers. He usually can be found wearing some combination of blacks and grey's.

Tho he has the ability to glamour his way out of many things, Tir has a Tell. No matter what he looks like, the same markings appear around his eyes when he actively decides to do magic of any sort.

His true appearance is chaotic and maddening, an amalgamation of many creatures, ideas, colors and objects constantly shifting. Only when he truly decides to focus his attentions does it take a single sane form. Due to this chaotic nature, at one point in time, everything that has encountered Tir has spotted something. Something that they recognize from a time past but can't put a finger on it. They know that they've seen him somewhere, but they can't figure out from where or even when.

History: Tir is a being out of history. Having been imprisoned for the last two or three centuries for his past transgressions, he's returned to the last place he visited in an attempt to regain some measure of what he lost. Tir is a powerful member of the Winter Court and is considered in many ways a force of nature, although some would judge him too involved with mortals. The only thing that is indisputable is that Tir has never shied from influence or conflict and he isn't inclined to start now.
