BACKGROUND
History: Richard's history is so extended that it would take up far too many tomes to explain about each 'life' he has lived. From what could actually be said, he was turned by one older than he, a woman who ended up deceiving him and put a bounty on his head. Since then, Richard has always been on the move, living a normal life until he was either found out or outgrew the place. He has finally settled down in the Merthwind Estates Manor in Shadowhaven to begin a new branch under the Council.

William was turned when Richard found him in the gutter, close to ODing. He offered him a new life which William accepted.
