The moment Jane opens her mouth it is clear that she comes from England. Cornwall to be precise: she is one of the only around 250 left that can actually speak Cornish fluently.

Jane came into her powers about a year ago and has spent the time since then in the UK's equivalent of South Dorm (Horse Sand Fort), learning how to control her powers.

Like the school for the gifted Horse Sand Fort allows gifted individuals to progress faster than would be normal. Although only 16, Jane has passed the Bar exam for the UK and can practice as a lawyer. She has also passed her anatomy and pharmacology ordinary degrees, under the supervision of a medical school so can call herself a 'doctor' and practice medicine.

'Released' a couple of weeks ago, she's decided to come to the USA's East Dorm to continue her studies. She is working towards her MD (a higher qualification in medicine), and wants to pass the USA bar exam)

Unlike many of the students in East Dorm 47, Jane has no significant offensive or defensive powers.

Flower Fairie is a meta who lives in Cornwall in the United Kingdom. First appearing (one year ago) during the unfortunate assault on NewQuay hospital by unknown metas.  Since then she has been attending the school at Horse Sand Fort. (the equivalent of the USA's South Dorm)

Known powers
Flower Fairie can transform into a swarm of miniture flower fairies which can fly. Each member of the swarm is slightly different in appearance. The flower fairies appear to have little or no combat potential, but can transform even large rubbish tips into landscaped gardens. It is believed [*by whom...citation needed] that she has limited control over plants and animals.

Flower Faire Fan Club claims [Link to Fan Club Facebook page] that she has 'terraformed' at least three'brown field' locations or toxic waste dumps without applying for planning permission. No charges have been filed.
