Theodor is a modestly attractive human man of late middle years, with the light skin, thin frame and sharp features that speak of mainly Suel ancestry. Whatever color his long, curly hair was in youth, now it is gray white, as is his well trimmed beard. His eyes are ocean blue and glimmer with intellect.
He is dressed ornately with an ankle length silk robe over silk knee-breeches and belted tunic, with woolen hose leading into sturdy tall boots of banded serpent hide. The robe is richly patterned and worked with gold thread and gemstones. His clothing, despite the weight of its ornamentation is made for a temperate climate. His broad belt is of crocodile hide and is replete with pouches of many sizes as well an ornate knife. When outside he usually wears a tall black conical copotain hat with a wide brim, rounded top and ornate pearl band.
A saucer sized gold and enamel holy symbol of Boccob is around his neck on a heavy gold chain.
In his ring studded hand he carries a highly polished staff clad entirely in silver with an egg sized lapis lazuli stone capping it.
He will, on occasion, smoke a churchwarden pipe.

Theodor is generally a pleasant, good spirited man. He usually resides on a stout, well built keelboat, the Golden Nymph.
