Martin's intonation is almost identical to Annika's, around the regional accent. Less like his sister, the adolescent boy seems to have a somewhat reticent, almost dour demeanor, especially up close; his upper eyelids are dark and droop with a sort of constant fatigue, making him look like he's constantly suspicious in the manner of a hunted animal. His overall manner is downcast, and it seems to sit over him as heavily and uncomfortably as his obviously secondhand clothes.
