The tall and silent man sat above them holding the horse's reigns, and watched with cold eyes each man. There was something dark about the man that gave one the distinct impression that the men could snuff out the life of a man as easily as he could snuff out a candle.

He was still dressed as a gentlemen, but wore a heavy cloak and a coachman's hat to obscure both his idenity and his clothing.
