Gideon Hawke

A sculpted tower of flesh cloaked in a metal shell, Gideon stands as a testament to Sigmar's will to victory.  A warrior in every sense of the word, the young man is a paragon of Sigmar's Chosen, the clergy of the God of the Empire: tall, barrel chested and broad of shoulder, Gideon is a bear of a man who looms over the majority of those he meets from his nearly two metres of height.  The combination of his height, armor, bald head and expansive gestures make for an intimidating display, but he is a man with more than just a fearful presence.  It's in the cast of his features and the zeal burning behind those chips of ice he has for eyes: Gideon is a Believer, educated in the capital and on the front lines to the North.  Despite his youth, he has a tantalizing mix of experience, book learning and a natural way about him which sways people to his way of thinking.  Of course, his message is not overly complex: he seeks to do battle with the enemies of Sigmar, with the forces of Chaos in particular.

Having seen the devastation they have wrought across the Northern lands, he is an impassioned opponent of the legions of Khorne, Tzeentch, Slaanesh and the rest of the Hordes, an implacable enemy to the twisted and savage beasts whose hearts sing only to the call of the Winds of Chaos.

Gideon wears the flesh of a man born to battle, Sigmar's will evident in each aspect of his nature.  Born under the Sign of Magic, none who know him long can now doubt the purpose envisioned for him in his earliest days, when only his parents knew how truly special he would become.  An ordained priest of Sigmar, he leads from the front, gleefully abandoning himself to his purpose in battle beneath Sigmar's banner, taking the fight to the enemy with a vicious and purposeful will and becoming a terror to all those who would oppose Sigmar's will to order and civilization.

Woe betide the Goblin, the savage and the heretic, for he is the Cleansing Flame.
