Overall Appearance: A well-built man of Anglo-Norman stock, Arthur has hazel eyes which are more dominantly brown or green depending on what he's wearing. He looks streamlined even in human form, wearing the best suits money can buy and well-fitting blazers and linen jackets when he's not working. He sports a brown beard, and combs his hair to the side. He keeps his beard trimmed and groomed, often saying that it is an homage to the Emperor Hadrian and certain kings of his native England. His face is rather rounded, though he has quite chiselled features and a prominent chin. In leopard form, he is just as sleek, showing that his elegance has rubbed off from one form onto the other. He has well-groomed fur for most of the time. This all shows his true vanity.

In leopard form, he takes the fur pattern of a Snow Leopard, white, grey and black rather than the usual patterns.

Basic Personality:
The most one can say about Arthur is that he is ambitious in all he does. He seeks advancement in both the Pard and his company. When he advances to the top, his ambition matches the company's and the pard's, but not before.
He is for the most part kind and generous. He likes people, although sometimes he can’t help but question the intelligence of some people. He enjoys flirting, and people who flirt back tend to be raised higher in his esteem. He is polite, but sometimes to the extent where it seems offensive, when dealing with rivals, and he has a strong sense of style.
He is smooth, sleek, and with a sharp sense of humour that some people take issue with. He is somewhat cultured, specialising in knowledge of Classical studies.

History: Born to a middle-class English family, Arthur was afforded the best education money could buy, a prep school followed by one of the country’s most esteemed “Public Schools”. After studying Ancient History, Arthur took a master’s in Business and set about finding a possible career path. He was hired as a manager in a mining company based in London, but soon rose through the ranks of the company, becoming only just junior to the directors, as his age made him a questionable candidate. However, while he was not on the board of directors, it was generally agreed that he should be initiated into the upper echelons the other way. On preparing to leave his office after dark, he was set upon by what he would have sworn was some sort of wild animal escaped from the zoo. He was bitten, and slipped out on consciousness. He woke up, he was sat in front of two of the executives, and the CEO. The CEO informed him that he had been chosen to join the Pard, and explained to him the nature of lycanthropy. While at first shocked, Arthur became used and perhaps even enthused by the idea of being able to turn into a Leopard at will. One thing was certain: The London Pard had gone corporate. However, this was not the action taken by all the Pards, and as such the Namir-Ra thought it best that, after a few years as a faithful employee to the company, that Arthur expand his influence and begin to encourage this move towards corporate life, as well as the fact that they had been sickened by news of the St. Louis Pard, and decided that it was time that their own take on culture was adopted.
As such, Arthur set out to set up the Las Vegas branch of the company, the front being to offer a venue for buyers and investors in the US. While lacking the same cultural flavour that Arthur loved in London, he has found that it did have some charms, while they were murky ones at that. For the most part in London he had seemed to be what was referred to as a Léoparde lionné, but in Las Vegas he was unsure what he would set out to do.
