Known as Olly-Olly to his friends, Oliver has had a brief career plying the space lanes with a number of small merchant outfits, starting out as an engineer.  However over time his talents have been more directed at the seedier side of the mercantile life.  Olly-Olly is the dog you send off into the merchants’ quarters and native souks to keep his ears and nose open for any lucrative or off the books work.  If there is trouble brewing or potential profit to be made before the official word is out, Olly-Olly will know about it.  He's the dog who knows a dog who has what you need, be it cargo or information, and it's all legit, well mostly legit...errr well there shouldn't be a problem if you are careful.  He operates in the world of favours owed and debts collected and no one is quite sure how the books balance.  It’s not that he’s dishonest; it’s more a case of being…"flexible"  Having thrown off the more “traditional” aspects of his race (he’s no country bumkin) Olly-Olly has always prided himself on his ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances (and there is nothing like flying lead to quickly change your circumstances) so he has some familiarity with automatic weapons, but purely as a last resort.
