Description:  Bishop Lakeview is a tall, handsome man.  He is slender and toned, but not excessively physical.  His hair is a long, sleek, intentionally unkempt mess.  He has chiseled, healthy features, and crystal clear eyes.  He is neat, orderly, and tastefully well groomed.

Frank is usually dressed in priestly robes of office, but also prefers to dress down in casual, plain robes and vests that allow him to move freely and discretely without showing vanity.  When appropriate, Bishop Lakeview can dress, smile, and applaud with the best of them, and indeed, he does show a natural knack for such grandoise displays of wealth and beauty.  But his preference seems to be for theatre and costumed affairs to delight the children.

When people are in danger and the shepard's duty turns from tending the herd to fending off the wolves, Bishop Lakeview wears a light suit of leather armor and carries a heavy metal shield with his family's crest on it.  Frank doesn't like lethal combat, so he prefers to use a club, but if he absolutely must use it, Bishop Lakeview has "Spike," a +2 Zombie Bane Shortspear that glows yellow like the sun
