Repentant Sorrow was a prodigy of his clan. A great mage, good fighter, and efficient leader. He was marked early to become the next chief, and the clan taught him accordingly. He was even granted some knowledge earlier than usual. This however, turned out to be his undoing. Granted the knowledge of his peoples origins and treachery, Sorrow could not stand it.

He plotted and planned to undo his peoples history, to raise a god. He told no one of his plans, but the chief suspected. And he grew to fear that Sorrow's meddling would bring down the wrath of the Angelic Queen. Sorrow was banished from the clan, although he was not overly upset by this, and his parting speech left no one in doubt about how he felt about his treasonous people.

He began to wander. Searching high and low and practicing his magic. One day he would atone for his peoples crimes, and one day, he would shed the flesh that marked him as a descendant of monsters.
