APPEARANCE: Prism Blaze is an adult pegasus. Her coat is a vibrant yellow-orange colour, a slightly different shade than what's in her prismatic mane and tail. Her mane is short to reflect her military duty. She is slightly taller and more muscular than the average female pegasus. When on duty, she wears her royal guard armour suit consisting of a full helm, and plating to protect her wings.
PERSONALITY: When on duty, Prism is the perfect example of focus and seriousness. She takes her guard duty very personally, not thinking twice about sacrificing herself or her wellbeing for the safety of the Princesses. When off duty, Prism Blaze opens up a little more. Even so, she is somewhat quiet and spends most of her free time training herself or reading. She likes nothing more than flying fast, but also has a secret love of cooking and classical music.
HISTORY: Prism Blaze was born in Canterlot and quickly found herself in love with the city. Growing up as a filly, she was enveloped in royal culture from the beginning. She watched Princess Celestia and Princess Luna as much as she could, even emulating them and dreaming she could be just like them. As she grew, her dreams and aspirations changed and she tried out for the Royal Guard. Initially rejected, Prism got a job as a weather pegasus as she trained herself to try again. Excelling in cloud control, she at last got accepted into the Royal Guard a few years later. Prism continued to push herself to the maximum even then, and worked her way up the ranks. She eventually landed her dream position, one of the senior guards to Princess Luna.
