Cleon Morradin is your typical Solomani/Vilani mutt, ancestry common throughout the Marches.  A recently retired 2nd Officer from Sharushid lines, he’s been looking for work after a brief two week vacation on Lysen.  Cleon’s usually dressed in professional attire, as often times he is either handling trade or dealing with passengers.  Despite his easy going presence and benign appearance, it’s clear from the way he handles a knife and his gunnery scores that Cleon is no stranger to danger.
