Mikushin Narayan is one of The "Land Owner's" of Planet Pequan in the Federation of Arden. The Land Owners are the Ruling class of the Planet working as the Government Ministers and council to the Planetary Dictator.

Mikushin Narayan is the Minister of Trade for Pequan and he has some serious pull as one of the Group of the Land Owners who run Pequan and with his position with the Leadership of the Federation of Arden.

He has the reputation of a Fearsome Duelist with Pistols or blades, and as a womanizer and gambler.

Not much else is known about him, outside of Pequan or the Federation.
