Xo Chao is a Trium criminal that works for a crime syndicate. The syndicate that he works for is so far not a part of Null, officially, but has done business with Null before. He runs a sizable gang in Trium, but on the street level.

Xo Chao is not a cyborg. Because he technically has the most personal money out of everyone in his gang, Xo is well outfitted with gear that is useful for a criminal such as himself. He makes sure to outfit his thugs in the best gear that he and they can afford.

Having worked his way to the position he currently holds, Xo is not a man that is afraid to get blood on his hands or do things himself. Xo is known to be a violent man that will do anything to get what he wants.

Xo's most notable piece of equipment is an advanced machine pistol that holds a set of sizable clips that all feed directly into the gun. With this gun, Xo rarely has to reload. Also, Xo is only uses a special type of ammunition with this gun. The ammunition that Xo uses is an exploding round that maximizes damage to both bodies and property.
