Sly is a cyborg with many overt augs and enhancements. He runs a business in Trium that sells augs and enhancements to people. He often he says that he is the best in the "borgbiz," which means "cyborg business." Unfortunately, Sly is not so much the best in the "cybiz," which is the cyber business. However, he gets by. That's what he has others for. He pays good money to get good people on his jobs.

Sly is a middle aged gentleman that has seen a lot of hard labor in his life time. Rumors say that he was once a Federation soldier, but none know why he is now out of the life. He does have a natural ability to be a leader, but also seems to be reluctant in performing such duties at times.

Raising bonsai trees is a particular favorite hobby of his. He likes to encourage zen.
